Corporate Annual Day Event

We have been organizing corporate annual day event for Aristocrat Technologies ( Noida / Gurgaon) since last ten years. Every year we have delivered a spectacular event. And this year again when they decided to organize the same in November 2022, we were asked for the pitch which need to include everything from the venue selection, event set up, permissions, event decoration, technical support to entertainment.

After covid this was their first offline annual day and they were looking something very grand and in budget. Keeping in mind the huge guest strength of 800 pax, we have shorlisted few venues and othere options and finally we have been finalised to deliever the same event. And we met with theie expectations and delivered a glitch free spectacular event.
