For this year’s flagship Annual Mega Event, Showmakerz had the privilege of managing a grand celebration for one of our prestigious corporate clients. With a youthful internal audience of over 500 employees (ages 19–30), we engineered an immersive casino-themed experience hosted at the elegant Intercontinental Eros, Nehru Place — complete with an exclusive live concert performance by celebrity artist Millind Gaba.
Theme-Based Invitation Swag Boxes
To build anticipation and maximize attendance, our design studio created exclusive swag boxes that doubled as creative pre-event invitations. Each custom box included:
- Premium designer invite cards
- Custom branded ceramic mugs
- Multi-purpose mobile charging cables
- Thematic fake currency for casino gaming
- Curated corporate goodies and merchandise
Immersive Event Architecture & Setup
We structurally transformed the expansive open lawn into a dynamic, upscale casino landscape. Guests arrived via a premium red carpet entry sequence, passing through a grand "GALA NIGHT 2022" welcome portal adorned with oversized 3D card and dice props. The arrival pathway featured thematic chrome queue managers, giant floating playing card installations, and custom lighting arrays.
The ballroom and outdoor seating areas embraced classic high-roller color geometry—deep blacks and striking scarlet reds. A custom branded registration deck and an LED-lit bar zone, completely integrated with premium casino table props, delivered an immediate Las Vegas atmosphere.
A bespoke photo booth featuring interactive King & Queen cutouts, custom poker chips, and 3D suit shapes became the primary activation anchor, driving immediate internal social media sharing among attendees.

The heart of the evening activation was our meticulously curated casino entertainment floor, featuring interactive skill tables:

- Interactive Ben-Q Game Tables
Attendees used the custom fake currency included within their invitation swag boxes to play, while professional, tuxedo-clad croupiers managed each station to deliver an authentic, high-end casino floor experience.
From the high-stakes layout of the Roulette tables (which saw heavy engagement from female employees) to tactical Poker showdowns and quick-turn Blackjack, the operational gaming floor maintained high energy throughout the entire production timeline.
Main Stage Celebrity Live Entertainment
The headline segment of the campaign was an electric, high-energy live concert production featuring chart-topping artist Millind Gaba, who kept the audience engaged with his biggest hit tracks, including Daru Party, Main Teri Ho Gayi, and Bol Kya Legi.
A massive, custom-engineered festival stage configuration complete with an integrated high-definition LED backdrop and a professional line-array sound rig guaranteed pristine concert audio. The audience remained on their feet, transforming the campaign wrap-up into a memorable musical brand experience.
