Casino Theme Event
We managed an annual day event for one of our prestigious client. This year they want a unique experience with full of entertainment for their 500 employees. Venue of event was selected as Hotel Eros International at Nehru Place. After doing Venue recce and keeping in mind the age bracket of employees (19-30 years) our team offers our client to do Casino Theme with rocking singer Milind Gaba performance.Theme Based Swag Boxes
To create annual day hype, we have created swag boxes to distribute amongst employees as event invitations. Neatly crafted invites, ceramic mugs, multi utility mobile charging cables, fake currency for the casino games and some other small utilities were the contents of swag boxes.Event Set Up
Creating a casino-themed décor in an open lawn is a little challenging, but our team did a wonderful job. At the red carpet entrance, we created a lit casino gate displaying the event name GALA NIGHT 2022, with dice and card props on either side of the gate. The pathway featured Q-Managers, playing cards, dice, and card stands.
There was a registration desk with a client branding backdrop. The seating was in the thematic colors of black and red. The bar was set up, surrounded by dice stands and cards on either side, with an LED wall as a backdrop.
A photo booth with the theme of Queen and King was set up, featuring 3D cutouts of hearts and spades, along with poker chips on both sides of the photo booth, giving it an attractive look. The booth was overcrowded during the event, as everyone wanted to have their pictures taken as memories. Thematic props such as poker chips and dice stands with cards were used in the venue as scene setters.
Thematic Casino Games Set Up
Casino game tables, including Roulette, Black Jack, Poker, Ben-Q, and Lucky Seven, were set up at the venue for guests to enjoy. All attendees used fake currency provided in swag boxes and had an immensely enjoyable time.
The suave dealers, dressed in black suits, added a professional touch to the theme. Most of the female employees tried their luck at the Roulette tables, while the male colleagues engaged in strategic play at the poker table. Another group of employees was engrossed in Black Jack and Flash tables. It appeared as though everyone wanted to channel their inner James Bond for the night.
Live Entertainment
For live entertainment, we had the pleasure of inviting the popular Punjabi and Bollywood singer Millind Gaba to perform. A grand stage with a LED screen and a four-sided truss, equipped with heavy sound equipment, was set up for Millind Gaba's performance.
At 6 o'clock in the evening, the emcee called Millind Gaba on stage, and from that moment onward, he captivated the entire atmosphere with his magical and romantic Punjabi songs. Throughout his performance, Millind sang some of his all-time Punjabi hits, including Daru Party, Main Teri Ho Gayi Haan, Bol Kya Legi, and many others.
Overall, it was a fantastic party where all the guests enjoyed the perfect blend of themed games, refreshing drinks, and live music.
